If you looking for a friendly environment to learn martial arts while getting fit and having fun at the same time, then welcome to Leverage Martial Arts. 

Founded in 2013, and based in Buckinghamshire, we are a martial arts company with more than two decades of experience in martial arts disciplines such as Tae Kwon-Do, Kickboxing and Karate.

We offer modern martial arts classes, self-defence, and overall fitness within a friendly training environment for students of all ages (6 – 65). Take the opportunity to train in a friendly, exciting atmosphere.  Our classes will help you achieve your personal goals, from increasing your fitness through to competition fighting.

Martial Arts Classes suitable for everyone

The classes are relaxed and have a great feeling of belonging.  Our instructors at Leverage Freestyle Martial Arts will encourage you to achieve your goals through a variety of routines, personal monitoring and motivation. Our Instructors acknowledge that all individuals train at different levels, and will work with you to maximise the benefits you receive from training with us.

Our classes are structured in a manner to build your abilities and technique at a speed that is suitable for you as an individual. Our Instructors are taught to complete a thorough warm up for all students before commencing any techniques to prevent injuries. Time is spent on stretching to ensure techniques are performed safely and effectively.

Various exercises are used for body conditioning to improve stamina, strength and coordination.  Focus pads, protective equipment, skipping ropes and strike shields are regularly used in our training sessions.
