Free classes and Students
Students and individuals wishing to take advantage of the two free classes need to provide personal information such as full name, address, data of birth and other contact information such as a telephone number and/or email address. This information is passed on to the insurance company for the purpose of insuring the individual during the classes.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
For individuals taking part in the free trial classes, their data is retained for a month after the last free trial class in case they choose to join the club and become students.
For students, the information is kept up until the individual ceases to be a student in the club.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Student information is sent to the “insurance company” for the purpose of insuring the students during the classes.
